Accelya is seeking a Critical Incident Manager in Bogota, Colombia, to own the end-to-end lifecycle of P1/P2 incidents and drive resolution across cross-functional teams. You will coordinate bridge calls, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure incident documentation and RCA quality.
The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to operate in a hybrid work environment with on-call rotations.
