We are looking for a highly experienced Data Modeler / Data Architect to design, develop, and govern enterprise-scale data models that support analytical, operational, and business intelligence use cases. The adecuado candidate has strong expertise in data modeling methodologies, hands-on experience with Snowflake and dbt, solid cloud exposure, and the ability to work directly with clients in a consultative environment. This role requires advanced English proficiency and more than 10 years of experience in data-related roles.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute the end-to-end data modeling process, including conceptual, logical, and physical data models.Design scalable and performant data models optimized for Snowflake and modern cloud data platforms.Implement and maintain analytical data models using dbt, following best practices for transformations, testing, and documentation.Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and translate them into robust data models.Ensure data models support analytics, reporting, and downstream consumption while maintaining data quality and consistency.Define and enforce data modeling standards, naming conventions, and best practices.Work closely with Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, and BI teams to ensure proper model implementation.Participate in architectural discussions related to cloud-based data platforms (AWS or Azure).Support data governance, lineage,
and documentation initiatives.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members when required (leadership is a plus, not mandatory).Required Qualifications10+ years of experience in data modeling, data architecture, or related data roles.Strong expertise in data modeling concepts and methodologies (dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas, normalized models).Hands-on experience with Snowflake as a data warehouse.Strong practical experience using dbt for data transformations and analytical modeling.Experience working in cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure).Proven experience interacting directly with clients and business stakeholders.Advanced English level (B2+ or higher) with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.Nice to HaveExperience in consulting or client-facing delivery models.Leadership or technical lead experience.Knowledge of data governance, data quality, or metadata management frameworks.Experience supporting enterprise-scale analytics platforms.What We OfferIndefinite-term contract with full legal benefits.Hybrid or remote work model depending on location.Office hours, Monday to Friday.Access to learning platforms and certification programs.Opportunity to work with modern data stacks and enterprise clients.#J-18808-Ljbffr
