Baker Hughes is seeking recent engineering graduates to join the LEAD Field Engineer Development Program. This accelerated 3.5-year track combines classroom learning, field execution, mentoring, and rotations to prepare for leadership in field engineering.

Participants train through bootcamps, perform live operations, deploy and troubleshoot equipment, and travel extensively. Progression is competency-based with a capstone project at graduation, enabling opportunities across the organization.
