Buscamos una persona para integrarse al equipo de Contabilidad en Bogotá, con foco en la gestión de cuentas por pagar para las operaciones de Nu Skin en la región. Este rol es clave para mantener la precisión y oportunidad en los pagos a proveedores, el cumplimiento tributario y las conciliaciones bancarias. La persona trabajará de cerca con el equipo de Finanzas regional y con Corporate.

Lo Que Harás

- Recibir, verificar y registrar facturas de proveedores en el sistema contable (SAP / Coupa)
- Ejecutar el proceso de three-way matching entre órdenes de compra, reportes de recepción y facturas
- Preparar y ejecutar pagos mediante transferencias electrónicas y otros medios, siguiendo los controles internos establecidos
- Conciliar estados de cuenta de proveedores contra los registros internos
- Revisar y validar retenciones de impuestos (WHT) e IVA para múltiples entidades legales de Nu Skin
- Investigar y resolver discrepancias en facturas y errores de facturación
- Apoyar el cierre mensual preparando provisiones, reportes de antigüedad y conciliaciones de cuentas
- Preparar tareas en Black Line con documentación soporte y reportes informativos para entidades gubernamentales locales

Lo Que Necesitas

- Título profesional en Contaduría, Finanzas o carrera afín
- 2 a 5 años de experiencia en cuentas por pagar o contabilidad general
- Conocimiento sólido de fundamentos contables (débitos, créditos, estructura de cuentas de mayor)
- Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Excel
- Experiencia en conciliaciones bancarias y cumplimiento de retenciones fiscales
- Capacidad para manejar múltiples prioridades y cumplir con fechas de cierre
- Puntos Extra
- Experiencia con SAP (módulo financiero)
- Experiencia con Coupa o herramientas similares de gestión de compras
- Experiencia con Black Line
- Conocimiento de normativa tributaria colombiana aplicable a retenciones y pagos a proveedores
