This position is responsible for supporting the end-to-end billing process by reviewing, preparing, and processing billing transactions in a timely and accurate manner. He/She validates billing information received from Operations, ensures invoices are generated according to customer requirements and established procedures, processes billing adjustments when needed, and maintains billing records and systems accordingly. This position works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the completion of billing activities within service level expectations while identifying and escalating exceptions as appropriate.
