Manager QC and Training - iGaming SectorAbout the job Manager QC and Training - iGaming SectorGrow-Talent.Com is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Manager QC and Training for their offices in Bogota, Colombia.Position: Manager QC and TrainingLocation: Bogota, ColombiaEmployment type: Full-timeDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Lead QC and Training departments, assigning tasks and guiding review processes for continuous improvement- Ensure activities meet regulatory standards, evaluate program effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement- Align team activities with KPIs, reduce defects through training and QC monitoring- Develop and implement quality processes, analyze trends, and drive service improvements- Manage performance, feedback, and budget for QC and Training staff, ensuring compliance with standards- Approve reports, present quality/training updates, and address complex cases- Assist in creating review plans and proactively identify process improvements- Model culture, collaborate with HR and departments, and ensure compliance with policies- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of QC and Training teamsREQUIREMENTS:- Bachelors degree in Business Administration,
