This role is adecuado for an analytical professional who enjoys working with data, systems, and business stakeholders to drive commercial success. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting commercial teams by maintaining high-quality CRM data, generating actionable insights, improving operational processes, and helping business leaders make informed decisions.
Working closely with sales and business leaders across the region, you will help ensure that commercial teams have the visibility, information, and operational support needed to achieve their objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key operational partner to commercial teams, supporting initiatives that drive business growth and performance.
- Maintain the accuracy, quality, and completeness of data within CRM and business systems.
- Support sales teams by ensuring opportunities, customer records,



pipeline information, and commercial activities are properly tracked and managed.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools that provide visibility into performance, pipeline health, and key business metrics.
- Analyze commercial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with forecasting, reporting, and business review activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving sales, operations, finance, and other business areas.
- Track action items, support follow-up activities, and help ensure successful execution of business priorities.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting capabilities, and CRM adoption across the organization.
- Support internal documentation, operational reviews, and ad hoc analysis requests.
