Clara in Bogotá seeks a People Partner to lead the people strategy for our Product, Design and Fraud General teams and the local GTM group. You’ll partner with leadership to build high-performing teams and sustain Clara as a top talent destination in the region.
You’ll own talent attraction and retention, manage full recruitment across Engineering and Data, provide coaching to managers, and drive People Analytics initiatives using BambooHR. Hybrid work in Colombia.
