Our client is seeking a Bilingual Lease & Collections Administrator (AppFolio) to support property operations with a strong focus on collections, lease renewals, and Section 8-related follow-up. This role is best suited for someone who is highly proactive, organized, and persistent, and who can take ownership of operational tasks from start to finish. This is not a passive administrative support role—the right candidate will follow through consistently, communicate clearly with internal stakeholders, elevate issues early, and help keep property-related processes on track without constant supervision.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time, with 30-minute unpaid break (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on tenant collections with strong consistency and urgency.
- Track outstanding balances and support efforts to recover overdue payments.
- Handle lease renewal follow-up and ensure upcoming renewals are monitored in advance.
- Support Section 8 lease renewals, including paperwork coordination and follow-up calls.




- Maintain communication with internal office stakeholders regarding payment issues, renewals, and operational blockers.
- Escalate missing information, delays, or unresolved issues to management quickly.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure renewals and collection-related processes stay on track.
- Assist with banking reconciliation and related administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain organized records, notes, and status updates across assigned workflows, primarily using AppFolio.
- Help identify process gaps and keep work moving forward even when information is incomplete.

Requirements
- Experience in collections, property operations, lease administration, or a similar coordination-heavy role.
- Hands-on experience with AppFolio property management software is required.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
