and prospects who were previously interested but did not move forward.Qualify prospects through effective discovery conversations and identify their needs, challenges, and potential buying intent.Book qualified appointments for Account Executives or senior sales leadership.Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and prospect information in the CRM.Follow established sales messaging, outreach processes, and qualification standards while adapting conversations naturally to each prospect.Collaborate with Account Executives on follow-ups and provide relevant prospect information to support the sales process.Monitor outreach activity and results, identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates and overall prospecting effectiveness.Contribute ideas to improve outreach sequences, lead nurturing strategies, and sales development processes.Qualifications2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Inside Sales, or a similar outbound sales role.B
