Title: Strategic Sourcing Specialist (Hybrid, 2 days Home Office & 3 days at Office)
About the role
An international company in the industrial and manufacturing sector is looking for a Procurement Specialist to join its team.
The role will manage purchasing activities across assigned categories, working with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure competitive sourcing, effective negotiations and cost optimization.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing and sourcing activities for assigned categories.
- Identify, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers.
- Analyze quotations, pricing and commercial conditions.
- Support cost optimization, TCO and sourcing initiatives.
- Contribute to supplier and category management.
- Monitor supplier performance and procurement KPIs.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across Operations, Finance and Supply Chain.





What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain or a related field.
- Solid experience in Purchasing / Procurement.
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment .
- Experience with suppliers, sourcing and negotiations.
- Intermediate English.
- Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills

Salary offer: 9M/COP Monthly + direct & permanent contract with company + additional benefits
Nice to have: strategic procurement/category management, TCO or cost analysis, Power BI and ERP/procurement systems experience.
People-management or formal leadership experience is not required.
