The Core Data Center Business Unit (CDBU) enables leading cloud, enterprise, OEM, and hyperscale customers through powerful technologies in memory and storage developed to power data center, AI, and high-performance computing workloads. The Technical Customer Management (TCM) team works across engineering, product management, business operations, sales, and customer-facing organizations to support product qualifications, improve operational execution, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
The CDBU Technical Customer Management Intern will support initiatives focused on improving business processes, operational efficiency, and customer qualification execution through Artificial Intelligence, analytics, automation, and digital technologies.



This role offers the opportunity to work with Technical Customer Managers and multi-functional collaborators to develop scalable solutions. It also aims to improve access to qualification programs and promote adoption of standard methodologies across the integral organization. The intern will gain hands-on experience applying AI-Assisted methodologies to real-world business challenges while delivering measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Analyze Technical Customer Management workflows and find opportunities to improve efficiency, visibility, decision-making, and execution through AI-Enabled solutions, analytics, and automation.
- Develop and support pilot implementations of Artificial Intelligence, automation, reporting, and digital tools that enhance customer qualification execution, milestone tracking, risk management, and operational effectiveness.
