Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
We are currently looking for a Senior Accounting Manager to join our client’s team in Colombia.
Location: Colombia
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
Industry: Staffing / U.S. Accounting Operations
- Manage the full accounting cycle, reconciliations, financial statements, and month-end close.
- Lead financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, billing, payroll reconciliation, and bank payment runs.
- Analyze staffing profitability, including bill rates, pay rates, gross margins, overtime, payroll taxes, and workers’ compensation.




- Supervise accounting teams, assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure accurate and timely deliverables.
- Work with accounting and payroll systems and demonstrate strong Excel skills.
- Apply U.S. GAAP and support U.S. accounting operations.
- Staffing industry experience is highly preferred.
- Experience supporting acquisitions is a plus.
- We are looking for a proactive, analytical, self-driven professional who can work independently, think quickly, and take ownership.
