Contract: Full-time | Fixed-Term (November 2026 – March 2027)
Salary: COP $2,847,100/month

What you'll do:
- Support Consumer Driven Healthcare (CDH and COBRA) members with outstanding customer service
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Research and resolve healthcare benefit inquiries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create exceptional member experiences
- Meet service, quality, and productivity goals while contributing new ideas and improvements





What we're looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center operations, claims processing, or a related role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in healthcare benefits or Open Enrollment support is a plus
- English proficiency at a B2+ level is required
