Publicis Global Delivery (PGD) is looking for a Senior Programmatic Analyst to join our growing Media team. This role is responsible for the hands-on execution, optimization, monitoring, and analysis of programmatic campaigns across general clients and markets.
We are looking for someone who has real, hands-on experience activating and managing campaigns directly within the main programmatic platforms . This is a mandatory requirement for the role.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the end-to-end execution and optimization of programmatic campaigns across multiple clients and markets.
- Build, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns directly within programmatic platforms.
- Manage campaign targeting, bidding, budgets, pacing, audiences, creatives, frequency, and performance .
- Analyze campaign performance and implement optimization strategies based on KPIs such as CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and reach .
- Monitor campaign delivery and proactively identify issues related to pacing, performance, budget allocation, targeting, or tracking .




- Perform regular campaign QA to ensure accurate setup, tracking, targeting, creatives, and budgets.
- Prepare performance reports and translate campaign data into actionable insights and optimization recommendations .
- Collaborate with Planning, Analytics, Creative, and other Media teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall media strategies.
- Support audience strategy across first-party, third-party, contextual, behavioral, lookalike, and retargeting audiences .
- Stay current on developments in programmatic advertising, DSP capabilities, measurement, privacy, and industry best practices.

Mandatory Platform Experience
Hands-on experience with the following programmatic platforms is mandatory:
- DV360 (Display & Video 360)
- The Trade Desk (TTD)
- Amazon DSP
