What you'll do
We're looking for a Key Account Manager to strengthen our presence in Bogotá by owning the full customer lifecycle for strategic clients. You'll represent Clara at the frontlines of client relationships-building trust with decision-makers, driving adoption, and identifying growth opportunities. Your work will be central to positioning Clara as the #1 spend management solution for enterprise customers in Colombia.
In this role, you will:




- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients, acting as a trusted partner for financial decision-making.
- Lead onboarding for new clients and continuously engage existing ones to maximize retention and satisfaction.
- Manage a dynamic portfolio of accounts, conducting sell-in, sell-out, and performance analyses to uncover opportunities.
- Execute tailored sales and marketing plans with partners to grow usage and expand accounts.
- Forecast commercial performance and track key account health, always looking ahead to mitigate risks and seize new wins.
- Engage in strategic conversations with CFOs and finance teams by leveraging insights on budgeting, spend control, and ERP system integrations.
- Balance FARMER and HUNTER skills-ensuring long-term value for existing clients while prospecting and closing new opportunities in the region.
