IT Infrastructure Analyst | Bogotá
Location: Bogotá
100% on-site Monday to Thursday, Fridays working from home.
Direct employment with the company.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT equipment and systems.
- Perform system and software installations and configurations on servers.
- Provide second-level technical support .
- Support the monitoring of backups, vulnerability scans, security bulletins, and updates to equipment and operating systems.
- Participate in the improvement, development, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure.
- Manage the inventory of IT equipment and technological resources.
- Provide timely follow-up on support requests.
- Participate in the procurement, selection, and negotiation processes with IT service and equipment providers.
- Support the preparation and review of procedures and user instructions.




- Participate in defining strategic plans for the development of the technology infrastructure.

What Are We Looking For?
- At least 5 years of experience in IT-related roles.
- Advanced knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software .
- Excellent spoken and written English .
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Service-oriented mindset and the ability to assist non-technical users in resolving technical issues.
- Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement in IT processes and services.
