Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Design Systems Lead to own how client design systems are built. You will extract patterns from brands and reference sites into a working system of tokens, variables, modes, and core components for an automated build pipeline.
This senior, systems-first role focuses on rapid, correct system deployment across multiple client brands, not one-off pages or maintenance.
