About the Role
Fusion CX is looking for Mobile Activation and Onboarding Support Representatives to assist new customers of a US mobile services provider. You will guide customers through the steps needed to activate and begin using their mobile services, helping them resolve common onboarding questions along the way.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide new customers through mobile onboarding and activation steps.
- Explain activation procedures and relevant account requirements clearly.
- Provide patient, step-by-step help when customers need additional guidance.
- Identify and troubleshoot routine activation and onboarding problems.
- Escalate technical or account issues when necessary.
- Record onboarding details accurately and follow established quality and support procedures.

Skills and Qualifications




- Customer service or contact center experience preferred.
- Strong English communication and clear step-by-step explanation skills.
- Patient, detail-oriented approach and good troubleshooting ability.
- Comfortable learning activation processes, technical information, and support systems.
- Technical support, device activation, or telecommunications experience is an advantage.
