Baker Hughes is seeking a Legal Counsel – OFSE, Integration & Solutions, to support integrated commercial projects and manage contract execution risks across I&S.; You will draft and negotiate complex agreements, advise on subcontracting and vendor terms, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Project Management to enable business objectives.
Fluency in English is essential; LATAM candidates fluent in Spanish and Portuguese are preferred.
