As we continue to expand internationally, we are looking for an experienced Head of Sales – EMEA & LATAM to build and grow our business across these regions.
The Role
This is a hands-on, quota-carrying sales leadership role .
We are looking for someone who can personally originate and close business while building a repeatable sales engine across EMEA and LATAM.



This is not a role focused primarily on managing a team, creating presentations or reporting pipeline activity.
The successful candidate will be expected to identify companies hiring internationally, build relationships with senior decision-makers, develop opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements and convert those opportunities into new EOR clients and employed workers .
You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract signature and initial client launch.
What You Will Own
New Business Development
- Build and execute the EMEA and LATAM sales strategy with EOR as the primary offering.
- Develop a clearly defined target-account universe across priority industries and countries.
- Identify companies expanding into new countries, hiring without local entities, managing international contractors, consolidating EOR providers or experiencing global payroll/compliance challenges.
- Build relationships with CHROs
