The Qualifications We Seek




- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in finance, fintech, e-commerce, or a related industry
- Professional proficiency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese for customer support and communication with global stakeholders
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills , with the ability to perform effectively under pressure
- High level of integrity, honesty, and attention to detail
- Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and teamwork
- Passion for customer service and willingness to work rotating shifts, including overnight schedules when required
- Interest in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry , with personal or professional cryptocurrency exposure highly valued
