Role Description The Middle Office Specialist role is a full-time hybrid position based in Bogota, D.C.,



with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. This role supports trading activities by ensuring accurate trade reporting, booking, settlement, validation, and lifecycle management for the cash equities team.. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring and reconciling trades, coordinating settlements, resolving discrepancies with front office, back office, and external counterparties, and maintaining up-to-date records in internal systems. The Middle Office Specialist will contribute to risk and P&L; verification, support end-of-day reporting, and assist in implementing process improvements and controls. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, adhering to regulatory and internal policies, and providing timely operational support to help maintain a robust and efficient trading environment.
