About Urban Furnished
Urban Furnished is a NYC-based furnished apartment rental company managing a portfolio of 250+ active listings across New York City. Our Buenos Aires office runs separate support and sales teams dedicated to that portfolio, with a hybrid work setup.
The Role
We're hiring for our Support team. This is an operations-heavy role: you'll make sure our cleaning and maintenance teams know what to do each day and that the work gets done, while also being a reliable point of contact for guests. We're a small team, so what you do has a direct, visible effect on how smoothly the operation runs.
Who You Are
• Organized and reliable — you can manage several schedules and tickets at once and follow through until they're resolved
• Calm and professional under pressure
• Proactive — you notice recurring issues and look to fix the process, not just the ticket

What You'll Do
• Build and manage daily schedules for cleaners and maintenance technicians
• Follow up to confirm units are turned over, inspected, and repaired on time
• Handle guest communication and tickets (issues,



requests, turnovers)
• Suggest process improvements when you spot recurring problems
• Coordinate with the rest of the support and sales teams on daily priorities

Requirements
• Strong written and spoken English
• Comfortable learning new tools quickly (we use Monday for tickets and tasks)
• No prior experience required — we'll train the right person
• Availability from Thursday to Monday; weekdays from our Buenos Aires office, weekends from home (office available if preferred)
• Work hours: weekends 11 AM–7 PM; weekdays two shifts (9 AM–5 PM or 12 PM–8 PM), shifting 1 hour later during US winter/daylight saving time

Contractor Position
This is an independent contractor role, not an employment contract. You'll work full-time with Urban Furnished as a contractor, handling your own taxes and invoicing, while following the schedule and team coordination described above.
