Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on Infrastructure as Code implementation on Google Cloud
• Design and write reusable Terraform modules for scalable environments
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable safe, repeatable releases




• Configure IAM roles and policies to enforce least-privilege access
• Implement Workload Identity Federation (WIF) to secure authentication flows
• Coordinate with a global team while ensuring coverage for the Mexico time zone
• Review and improve infrastructure changes to keep deployments reliable and consistent

Requirements

• 5+ years of DevOps engineering experience with CI/CD and cloud platforms
• 1+ years of leadership experience guiding technical implementation and setting engineering standards
• Strong hands-on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience in production environments
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) development and maintenance experience
• Terraform experience, including reusable module design
• Project ownership skills to plan and deliver DevOps work across a integral team while covering Mexico time zone
• Strong IAM skills, including role design, least-privilege access, and
