On behalf of our client, a fast-growing factoring company based in Miami, we are searching a Vice President of Sales for one of their business divisions covering Latin America and North America. This VP of Sales will lead, manage, and direct the sales strategy and operations to establish a predictable, tech-driven sales engine that consistently achieves the company's revenue and profitability goals. This role is key to aligning the commercial team's performance with customer expectations, ensuring superior after-sales support, and driving strategic growth for the business division.

KEY RESULTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design, implement, and structure a systematic, predictable sales model leveraging technology and standardized workflows.
• Achieve or exceed the annual sales volume target
• Lead sales management through the company’s CRM (HubSpot) and ERP systems, ensuring full activity traceability, daily KPI tracking, and strict data integrity across the sales cycle




• Acquire 35 to 40 strategic new accounts during the first year
• Ensure 100% traceability and metric updates in the CRM system by the entire commercial team on a daily basis.
• Ensure that 100% of the team meets or exceeds their individual sales plans
• Direct, coach, and optimize the sales and sales support teams. Conduct structured sales meetings, set clear deliverables, and proactively address underperformance to ensure consistent goal achievement
• Drive new account acquisition and expanding market share within the division, actively engaging in industry networking and strategic client relationships
• Generate accurate monthly volume and revenue forecasts using real-time system analytics. Maintain proactive communication with Executive Leadership (CEO) and Marketing regarding performance
• Oversee post-sales customer service, ensure prompt resolution of claims, and enforce strict adherence to company Credit and Insurance Policies
