You will manage a caseload of moderately complex workers’ compensation claims, investigate and determine compensability, and collaborate with policyholders, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure quality care while protecting policyholder financial integrity.
You’ll develop tailored RTW strategies, coordinate with Nurse Case Managers, and oversee medical case management.
