We're looking for a Principal Consultant based in Colombia to join our growing international team and help us build relationships with companies across the US, Europe and beyond .
This isn't a traditional recruitment desk. We're looking for someone with an established client network and a strong track record of developing business — someone who can bring what they've built and scale it with us.
RemotePeople combines direct headhunting and Employer of Record (EOR) under one roof, helping international companies build teams across Latin America.
The opportunity
You'll have significant autonomy to develop your own client portfolio, work with existing relationships and build new ones.
Our recruitment + EOR model gives you more ways to develop those relationships. A client may come to you for recruitment and later need support employing people internationally — giving you the opportunity to grow the relationship beyond a single hire.
You bring the relationships, commercial experience and market knowledge. We provide the brand, infrastructure,

international delivery team and broader service offering to help you take them further.
This isn't about starting from zero. It's about accelerating what you've already built.
This could be a great fit if:
- You have an established book of business or strong client network
- You've independently developed clients and closed business
- You're comfortable working directly with senior decision-makers
- You have experience with US, European or international companies
- You thrive with autonomy and commercial ownership

What we offer
- Base salary + uncapped commission tied to your billings
- Fully remote and versátil — we measure results, not hours
- Two solutions to sell: recruitment + EOR
- An international team across LATAM, NA, Europe, the Middle East and beyond
- The opportunity to grow your business and your career alongside the company

We're growing quickly, and Colombia is an important part of our international presence.
