Summary
We are looking for a new QA Automation Senior. You will be part of a technology and event production company with a presence in the United States, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic. The company combines audiovisual technology, creative services, and digital solutions to support in-person, hybrid, and virtual events.
What You'll Do
- Develop and scale automated testing frameworks across unit, integration, API, end-to-end, performance, and regression layers.
- Promote early quality practices: integrate quality assurance into CI/CD pipelines, code review, and sprint planning, rather than treating testing as a final step.
- Select and optimize the quality assurance toolkit (test management, automation frameworks, defect tracking, observability) in collaboration with the engineering leadership team.
- Define and monitor quality metrics—defect rate, test coverage, MTTR, release quality—and report them to the team.

We'll Expect You To Have
- Over 6 years of experience in software quality assurance/engineering.

- Proven experience designing QA processes and strategies from scratch, not just implementing them within an existing framework.
- Solid hands-on experience with test automation (Ruby, RSpec, Capybara, Appium, Selenium, AWS) and CI/CD integration (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- Direct experience testing AI/ML systems and/or data pipelines: model validation, data quality checks, or evaluation frameworks for ML/LLM-based functionalities.
- Strong understanding of SDLC/Agile methodologies and how QA is integrated into sprint-based delivery.

What we offer
- An exciting growth journey and a never-ending ambition to develop as a company
- A friendly, supportive and humble working culture where the team always comes first
- Opportunities for professional development and personal growth
- Passionate, high-performing and genuine colleagues
- We care about the important things: results and well-being
