ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure/Systems Engineer to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, and storage across on-premise and cloud environments.

MUST HAVES
- 6+ years of hands‑on engineering experience with enterprise local and wide area networks, servers and storage systems.
- Network Equipment Experience: hands‑on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper equipment and software.
- Strong experience deploying and administering firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure (Physical and Virtual).
- Extensive knowledge and hands‑on experience with Microsoft Server operating Systems & Active Directory.
- Strong experience with cloud compute and storage (AWS and Azure) with cloud first approach.
- Experience working in a SOX regulated company a must.
- Previous experience developing disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.




- Experience with Microsoft collaboration suite (Office 365 Mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Experience with patch deployment required.
- Self-sufficient, self-managed, self-motivated, must be effective working independently.
- A service‑oriented mindset with a focus on creating value for our internal customers and business partners.
- High energy and ability to work independently in a very fast growth environment.
- Discipline to document your work required.
- Ability to work with a project oriented approach for deliverables.
- Work schedule flexibility required as some work must be completed after business hours.
- Experience interfacing with and managing vendors and managed service providers.
- Experience operating in a 24x7 international company (US & EMEA).
- Excellent interaction and communication skills; ability to communicate (both written and verbal) clearly and concisely.
