We manage 25+ accounts spending around $70K to $100K a month combined. You'd own all of it

What you'd own

Performance. You run strategy, launches and daily optimization across every account. You decide when to scale, cut, test or change direction, and you can explain why

Creative direction. We have designers and video. You tell them what to make and why. That means digging into customers and competitors, finding new angles and offers, and knowing why an ad works, not just that it worked

The whole funnel. A cheap lead that never books is worthless. You'll track lead quality, booked appointments, show rate and closed jobs. When results drop, you check the whole funnel before blaming Meta





How you're measured

Cost per qualified appointment, and how many of those turn into sales. Not CPL, not CTR

You're probably a fit if
- You've run Meta ads yourself for 3 or more years
- You've handled multiple accounts at once and know where your attention matters most
- You've turned around a bad account and can walk us through exactly what you did
- You make calls and explain your reasoning without being asked
- You tell us something's broken before the client notices
