Role Description
We are hiring an Outbound BDR to generate 6-8 held, qualified, meetings with seasoned, technical roles. This is a phone-heavy, multi-channel outbound role. The existing team has achieved 60 meetings booked in the first 2.5 months, average rep performance of 10 meetings/month, a high of 13, and a 65-75% show rate. The role can expand later to additional positions within the company or with clients.
What You Will Do
- Run high-volume outbound activity:



approximately 150 dials per day using Trellus power dialing, plus email and LinkedIn touches.
- Use Apollo for outbound sequences and HubSpot for CRM activity tracking, notes, and pipeline visibility.
- Book qualified meetings with technical buyers.
- Follow proven messaging, call scripts, objection handling, and feedback loops to improve conversion over time.
- Maintain daily consistency, clean CRM hygiene, and strong follow-up discipline.

No Manual Prospecting Required
You will not be responsible for manual prospecting, list-building, account research, or data enrichment. Our internal data team handles account selection, contact sourcing, and list preparation so reps can focus on outreach, conversations, and booked meetings.
