Are you passionate about leading transformational finance initiatives? Join our FSI Acquisition & Divestiture team and help shape how newly acquired businesses are integrated into Johnson & Johnson's integral operating model. In this role, you will lead end-to-end finance integration activities, including due diligence, operational readiness, testing, cutover, go-live, and stabilization. You will collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams worldwide while driving operational excellence, compliance, and process harmonization. This is an exciting opportunity to develop people, influence strategic decisions, and make a meaningful impact across global Finance.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Lead A&D; Integration accounting workstreams across due diligence, operational readiness, knowledge transfer, cutover, go-live, stabilization and transition to steady-state teams.
