We use performance marketing, media, and machine learning to drive measurable growth across a portfolio of in-house and affiliate brands, including our flagship brand in the health and wellness space, Vitalyra Health.
As we continue to scale our presence across the United States, we are looking for a Marketing Compliance Manager to help ensure that our advertising, marketing campaigns, and customer-facing communications comply with applicable regulatory requirements while supporting business growth and marketing performance.
This role will act as the operational compliance partner for the Marketing team, helping identify and mitigate compliance risks before campaigns reach the market. Working closely with Marketing, Creative, Retention, Product, and Legal teams, you will play a key role in protecting the business while enabling high-performing customer acquisition and retention strategies.

How You'll Contribute
In this role, you will partner closely with Marketing and Creative teams to ensure campaigns meet internal compliance standards and applicable regulatory requirements while maintaining business performance and customer acquisition objectives.
Advertising & Marketing Compliance
- Review landing pages, advertorials, Video Sales Letters (VSLs), email campaigns, SMS campaigns, social media content, and other customer-facing communications before publication
- Review Meta Ads, Google Ads, affiliate
