Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a senior UI Systems Designer to own the design-system build process. You will translate brands and references into a token-based system, with variables, modes, and core components that a pipeline can execute with precision.
This senior, systems-first role focuses on fast, correct system creation across multiple client brands, not single pages or maintenance work. Strong English and US-hour overlap are essential.
