The Role

As a Lead Generation Specialist , you'll own the top of our sales funnel,



from identifying the right companies through booking qualified meetings for our sales team. You'll build a predictable pipeline from scratch, targeting companies that could realistically hire offshore staff, and find the buying signals that show when a business is ready to build a remote team.
This is a highly autonomous role where you'll work closely with our sales team and internal leadership to test new channels, refine our idóneo customer profile, and hand over opportunities that are warm, qualified, and ready to close.
Your success will be measured not only by the number of qualified meetings you generate, but also by the quality of those opportunities, your creativity in finding new ways to reach prospects, and the long-term clients they turn into.
