We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in Colombia.
If you’re confident on the phone, great at building relationships, and motivated by finding and creating new business opportunities, we want to hear from you
What you’ll do:
- Prospect and generate new leads.
- Qualify prospects and build a strong sales pipeline
- Follow up consistently and turn conversations into opportunities
- Work closely with the sales team to drive growth
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Sales, B2B, business development, or lead generation experience
- Strong communication and cold-calling skills
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset
- Experience in transportation, logistics, Drayage, FTL, or LTL is preferred.
