Prosperant is hiring a Sales/Business Development Representative to support a growing U.S. real estate operator across self-storage facilities, mobile home communities, and business centers.

This is a full-cycle, revenue-generating role. You will own the pipeline from initial contact through signed rental agreement.

We are looking for BDRs who are ready to move beyond appointment setting and take responsibility for closing.

Compensation

Compensation varies by account.

All roles follow a 50% base / 50% commission structure, paid in USD.

Commission is tied directly to signed agreements.

On-target earnings depend on performance and portfolio assignment.

This is a revenue role with clear expectations. Performance is evaluated based on closed agreements.

We prioritize consistency, ownership, and measurable results.

Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound and follow-up calls with prospective renters
- Qualify leads (budget, timeline, availability)




- Manage pipeline inside CRM with structured follow-up
- Handle objections and drive urgency
- Guide prospects through the agreement process
- Close signed rental agreements
- Operate aligned with U.S. business hours

This is not a meeting-booking role. You are responsible for revenue outcomes.

Adecuado Profile

- 2+ years as a SDR or BDR
- Comfortable with daily outbound activity
- Experience managing pipeline in CRM
- Advanced English (C1+)
- Reliable remote setup
