We are looking for an experienced SEO & AI Search Manager to help build our visibility in the rapidly changing world of AI-powered search. This is a senior, highly visible, strategic, and hands-on role .

You will develop the strategy, create the roadmap, prioritize initiatives, manage the team, coordinate execution, present recommendations to leadership, and measure results.

What You'll Do

- Own and develop the company’s overall SEO and AI search strategy .
- Build quarterly and monthly roadmaps with clear priorities, goals, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
- Develop strategies across SEO, content, authority building, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) .
- Research keywords, competitors, markets, search intent, and emerging AI search behavior.
- Identify opportunities to improve organic traffic, rankings, conversions, qualified leads, and AI visibility.
- Develop and manage our content strategy based on search demand, user intent, business priorities, and AI discovery.
- Develop strategies to improve AI/LLM search visibility and brand discovery .
- Understand how content, entities, structured information, authority, and brand presence influence visibility in AI-powered search.
- Monitor how our company and content appear across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Gemini , and other AI search platforms.
- Analyze competitors and identify opportunities to increase our visibility and share of voice.
- Manage and guide SEO, content, research, and other team members involved in execution.
- Set priorities for the team and make sure everyone understands what needs to be done, why it matters, and how success will be measured .
- Review work produced by the team and maintain a high standard of quality.
- Work closely with marketing, content, technology, and leadership teams.
- Present SEO and AI search strategies, recommendations,



performance, and opportunities to leadership.
- Create clear reports showing what we did, what changed, what is working, and what we should do next .
- Continuously test, measure, and improve our approach.
- Stay current with changes in Google, LLMs, AI search platforms, and the broader search landscape.

What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in SEO, content strategy, digital marketing, organic growth, or a closely related field.
- 3+ years of meaningful experience with AI search, LLMs, GEO, or related AI-driven discovery.
- Demonstrated experience owning strategy , not simply executing someone else’s plan.
- Experience managing and guiding a team, agency, freelancers, or other resources.
- Strong understanding of how search engines and AI systems discover, understand, evaluate, and present information.
- Experience working with platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews , or similar AI search tools.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Ability to turn data and research into a clear, practical strategy and execution plan.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly explain strategy and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to experiment, test, learn, and adapt.
