We’re looking for a Senior SQL Server DBA with strong hands-on experience in SQL Server administration, performance tuning, disaster recovery, backup/recovery, and production support .

This is a senior individual contributor role supporting a customer’s SQL environment and partnering closely with the DBA Lead. We need someone who can work independently, proactively identify issues, and take ownership from problem identification through resolution.

? Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support SQL Server production environments

• Perform performance tuning & query optimization

• Manage backup, recovery & disaster recovery (DR)

- SQL Server upgrades, patching, monitoring & alerting
- Production troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Support migrations, enhancements, and application projects
- Identify performance, security, and operational risks
- Work with developers, infrastructure teams, vendors,



and business stakeholders

• Automate DBA tasks using PowerShell

- Act as backup to the DBA Lead when needed
