Resolv.General is seeking experienced Collections Specialists to join a fully remote team in Mexico or Colombia. This role focuses on third-party collections, requiring strong negotiation and FDCPA knowledge, with English proficiency and a performance-driven mindset.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, negotiate repayment plans, document interactions, and ensure compliance. Compensation is $260–$270 USD weekly, plus uncapped commissions, with ongoing training and career growth.
