We're hiring: Senior Full-Stack Developer (React + SQL) – Data & Analytics | Bilingual

? On-site – Medellín, Colombia | English B2+ / C1

Are you a full-stack developer with a strong data background? Have you built React dashboards that stay fast even with hundreds of millions of records behind them? This role is for you.

You'll work with a U.S. software company that builds demand analytics and forecasting products for retailers and CPG companies. This is not a traditional BI role in Power BI or Tableau. You'll build native React visualizations inside the client's platform and work with the data end to end, from the data model and SQL through the API to the screen.

? The scale: around 800 million rows per day . The challenge is making that data load quickly and clearly in every visualization.

What you'll do

- Build and debug React dashboards and visualization components for KPIs, trends, forecasts, comparisons, and drilldowns.
- Write and optimize complex SQL on very large datasets.
- Extend the existing ETL pipelines and caching layer, which are already documented. You'll add new functionality, debug it, and make sure the data is secure.
- Design and optimize APIs that serve analytical data with low latency (filtering, aggregations, time series).
- Partner with Product, Data Engineering, Data Science,



and UX to turn business problems into clear analytics experiences.

Must-haves ✅ 5+ years in full-stack development, data engineering, or analytics engineering.

✅ Professional React experience (JavaScript/TypeScript): you've built and debugged visualizations in a real work environment. Personal projects alone won't qualify.

✅ Advanced SQL , including query optimization on high-volume data.

✅ Experience with large-scale datasets (millions of records per day) and the techniques that make them fast to serve: caching, pre-aggregation, and optimization.

✅ ETL pipelines and caching layers in production.

✅ Dimensional modeling: star schema and snowflake schema.

✅ Python for data processing or backend work. If your React and SQL are very strong, intermediate Python is fine.

✅ English B2+ / C1, since you'll work directly with the U.S. team.
