? Location & Schedule

- Location: Barranquilla, Colombia
- Work Modality: On-site during the first 2 months for training and onboarding, followed by a hybrid schedule
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST

What You'll Do As an Order Management & Sales Support Coordinator , you'll play a key role in supporting the entire order lifecycle, from sourcing and quoting to purchasing, fulfillment, and post-sale support.

Your responsibilities will include

✅ Preparing quotes and processing customer orders accurately

✅ Supporting customers and sales teams with product, pricing, availability, and shipment inquiries

✅ Coordinating with suppliers to source products and track purchase orders





✅ Managing order, inventory, and fulfillment data across CRM and ERP systems

✅ Monitoring inventory levels and supporting purchasing decisions

✅ Coordinating with Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Warehouse teams to ensure successful deliveries

✅ Maintaining accurate records and documentation in systems such as HubSpot and NetSuite

✅ Assisting with reporting, process improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives

Required Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics Coordination, Administrative Support, Order Management, Procurement Support, Sales Support, or Supply Chain Coordination
- Advanced English proficiency ( B2+/C1 level ), both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
