Job Title: Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated, results driven Sales Representative to join our growing moving company. The idóneo candidate is a strong communicator with excellent customer service skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to turn leads into booked moves.

In this role, you will work directly with customers who are looking for moving services, understand their needs, prepare and present moving estimates, follow up with potential clients, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to incoming leads and customer inquiries via phone, text, and email.
- Cold call prospecting
- Build rapport with potential customers and identify their moving needs.
- Prepare, present, and explain moving estimates and service options.
- Follow up consistently with prospective customers to secure bookings.
- Negotiate pricing and address customer concerns professionally.
- Convert leads into confirmed reservations and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer information, notes, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Manage a pipeline of active leads and prioritize opportunities effectively.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.




- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition from booking to moving day.

Qualifications
- Previous sales, BPO, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confidence handling phone calls, objections, and price negotiations.
- Excellent follow-up, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, email, and messaging platforms.
- Moving industry experience is a plus, but not required.
