For many, reaching out is a big step. They've done their research, considered their options, and finally decided to start a conversation. What they need now is someone who listens, answers their questions honestly, and helps them understand what comes next.

That's where you come in.

At Queen Catalina Medical Tourism, we believe great patient experiences begin long before the first appointment. We're looking for a Business Development Representative who knows how to build trust, ask the right questions, and turn initial inquiries into meaningful patient relationships.

You'll be the first point of contact for prospective patients, helping them feel informed, comfortable, and confident as they explore their options with our surgical team.

What You'll Do

- Connect with prospective patients. Respond to inquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, our website, and patient referrals.
- Get to know their needs. Ask thoughtful questions to understand their goals, concerns, expectations, and readiness to move forward.
- Book consultations. Help qualified leads take the next step by scheduling appointments with our surgeons and making sure they know what to expect.
- Stay in touch. Build relationships with prospective patients who need more time to make a decision. Consistent, thoughtful follow-up is a key part of the role.
- Work with international patients. Communicate with patients in Colombia and abroad, particularly those based in the United States and Canada.

What We're Looking For

- At least 2 years of experience in sales,



customer service, or client-facing roles, preferably in a premium service environment. If you have one year of experience and a strong track record, we'd still love to hear from you.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher. You should feel comfortable having real conversations with English-speaking patients.
- Excellent writing skills. You'll spend a significant amount of time communicating through WhatsApp and email, so clear, professional, and personable writing is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills. You're a good listener, know how to make people feel comfortable, and understand the importance of handling personal and medical information with discretion.
- A desire to grow. We're looking for someone who wants to build a career in sales and take on greater responsibilities over time.

Bonus Points If You Have

- Experience in plastic surgery, healthcare, dentistry, luxury hospitality, wellness, or medical tourism.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
- Fluency in a third language.
- A technical, associate, or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, hospitality, or a related field.

- Full-time, on-site position in Barranquilla, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to accommodate U.S. business hours.
