Role overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Assistant to support the sales team in its daily commercial operations. The adecuado candidate has experience in sales support, business development, or account coordination, ideally within marketing agencies or the travel industry, and has advanced English proficiency.

This person will work closely with senior management and the sales team to keep the pipeline organized, support client relationships,



and help close opportunities efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Maintain and update the CRM, tracking leads, opportunities, and pipeline status.
- Prepare sales materials, including proposals, quotes, presentations, and follow-up tickets.
