Job Title: Regulatory Data Administrator Coordinator

Location: Bogota, Colombia – 100% Remote

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Indefinite-term contract)

Responsibilities

- Enter and maintain product information in Veeva RIM Vault and related regulatory information systems.
- Perform routine data entry, quality control, and reporting for the Regulatory Affairs CMC team.
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of regulatory data and data structure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet deliverables and timelines.
- Build and maintain required system skills through ongoing training.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault; RIM Vault experience preferred.
- Experience with data entry in complex information systems or EDC/data management platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
- Pharmaceutical, regulatory affairs, or life sciences data experience is a plus.
