About the Opportunity

We're adding a Purchasing & Order Entry Specialist to our remote team in bathroom remodeling operations in the U.S. home remodeling industry.

This is a hands-on, transactional role focused on ensuring the correct bathroom and plumbing products are ordered for each customer project.

You do not need to be an experienced purchasing professional! We're particularly interested in candidates who have worked in hardware stores, plumbing supply companies, bathroom fixture distributors, building materials businesses, or related warehouse and order-processing environments.

What You'll Do

- Review customer contracts and project details to identify the bathroom and plumbing products needed for each installation.
- Identify the correct products, components, quantities, and related parts required to complete each order.
- Enter and submit orders through multiple manufacturer and supplier websites.
- Verify product details and order accuracy to minimize mistakes and delays.
- Process a high volume of orders, with a target of approximately 10 or more customer projects per day.
- Work with the purchasing team to clarify missing information or resolve order questions.

What We're Looking For

- Practical familiarity with bathroom and plumbing products, such as shower pans, tub surrounds, sinks, toilets, faucets, shower fixtures, valves, drains, fittings, and related components.
- Experience in a hardware store, plumbing supply business,



bathroom products distributor, building materials company, warehouse, purchasing support, or order entry role.
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn and navigate multiple supplier portals and online systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Good organizational skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- English proficiency sufficient to communicate with a U.S.-based team and understand written product information.
- Availability to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

- Experience entering customer orders or purchase orders.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar business systems.
- Experience working with U.S. companies.
- Knowledge of how plumbing and bathroom components fit together.

What You Won't Be Responsible For

This is not a strategic procurement or sourcing position. You will not be responsible for negotiating supplier contracts, selecting vendors, sourcing new manufacturers, or managing inventory and shipping logistics.

Our client already has established suppliers, products, and pricing. Your responsibility is to ensure the correct items are ordered accurately and on time.
