About Wellnite

Wellnite is a US-based virtual healthcare platform focused on expanding access to mental and behavioral healthcare. We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Provider Recruitment & Support Specialist to recruit, onboard, and support healthcare professionals across the United States.

This is a target-driven role with clear performance expectations, strong accountability, and measurable onboarding goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit licensed US healthcare professionals, including therapists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, and physicians.
- Conduct daily outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to build a strong recruitment pipeline.
- Manage the complete provider onboarding process, from initial outreach to successful activation.
- Ensure providers complete required documentation, account setup, and onboarding steps.
- Assist providers with scheduling, platform navigation, and operational concerns.
- Maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding records in Airtable or other internal systems.
- Meet assigned daily outreach, weekly recruitment, and monthly provider onboarding targets.
- Provide daily progress updates and take ownership of assigned tasks through completion.

Requirements
- Advanced English Required (C1 preferred) – Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, customer support, or healthcare operations.
- Strong outbound calling, communication, and follow-up skills.




- Ability to work independently and consistently meet performance targets.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working during US business hours.
- Prior experience with US healthcare recruitment or provider onboarding is a plus.

Performance & Accountability We are looking for someone who takes initiative, follows through, and delivers measurable results.

Performance will be evaluated based on recruitment activity, qualified provider conversions, successful onboardings, provider activations, and timely support resolution.

This is not a passive administrative role. Candidates must be proactive, highly accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
