Position Summary
The Bilingual Reservations Customer Service Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, accurately processing reservations, assisting guests throughout the booking process, and supporting daily operational activities to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
Accurately process and manage tour and lodging reservations.
Professionally answer inbound customer calls and provide assistance.
Support Spanishspeaking guests throughout the booking process.
Provide information regarding resorts, services, and available programs.
Follow up with guests who missed scheduled tours and assist with rebooking.
Maintain updated operational information and communicate changes as needed.
Perform reservation validations and daily operational verifications.




Support administrative and customer service tasks as required.
Qualifications
Advanced English proficiency B2.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, reservations, hospitality, tourism, call center environments, or related roles.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
